MEET THE OWNER

For nearly 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping people feel better in their bodies through skilled, intentional, and restorative massage therapy.

As a licensed massage therapist with a medical focus, my approach has evolved far beyond simply choosing one massage technique. Years of hands-on experience and continued education have taught me to listen closely—to what you tell me, to how your body responds, and to what may be most appropriate for you that day. Each session is thoughtfully customized, drawing from techniques such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, cupping, trigger point work, Thai massage, reflexology, heat therapy, and other restorative approaches when appropriate.

My goal is to provide more than temporary relaxation. I want each session to feel purposeful: addressing areas of tension and discomfort while still giving your nervous system an opportunity to settle, rest, and restore. Therapeutic work does not have to feel clinical or disconnected from relaxation. I believe the two can exist beautifully together.

That philosophy is at the heart of Renewed Spirit Massage.

I believe our bodies were wonderfully designed with an incredible capacity for restoration, and I consider it an honor to create an environment that supports that process physically, mentally, and spiritually. My faith quietly informs the way I serve—with compassion, integrity, attentiveness, and genuine care for the whole person.

No two bodies are the same, which is why no two sessions with me are exactly alike. Whether you are seeking focused therapeutic work, greater mobility, relief from everyday tension, or simply a place to rest, you can expect knowledgeable, attentive care tailored to where you are that day.

Nearly two decades into this work, I am still learning, still evolving, and still excited about what is possible.

Welcome to Renewed Spirit Massage—where experience meets intention, and every session is created with you in mind.
