Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks give each guests a unique opportunity to awaken their senses and to unwind. Our guests are extremely important to us. In order for your experience to be transformational, please review the polices and procedures before your visit.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, we will accommodate you with the remainder of your session. Due to your therapist’s schedule, we will not be able to extend the time. Despite tardiness full payment for session booked is still required for late arrivals.
NO SHOWS
No Call, No Shows, No prior communication will be charged 50% of the amount for any missed appointments.The balance must be paid prior to booking any new appointments.
CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy please give a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations not given within a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the amount of the session missed, and must be paid prior to booking a new appointment.
Refunds
Gift Cards are Non Refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
