At Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks, every session is thoughtfully designed to provide a professional, restorative, and personalized experience. Your time and well-being are important to us, and we are equally committed to honoring the time reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policies prior to your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, your session will continue for the remainder of your scheduled appointment time. Because appointments are reserved specifically for each guest, we are unable to extend sessions due to late arrival. The full fee for the originally scheduled service will still apply.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

 

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Same-day cancellations and rescheduling are considered late cancellations and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. We understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Any exceptions are made at the discretion of Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks.

 

NO-SHOWS

Appointments missed without prior communication will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Any outstanding no-show balance must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks accepts all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, contactless payments including Apple Pay, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

 

REFUNDS

Completed massage therapy and bodywork services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to address them.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. Gift certificates may be applied toward eligible services at Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks.

 

HEALTH & INTAKE INFORMATION

For your safety, please provide complete and accurate health information during your intake and notify your therapist of any changes to your health, medications, injuries, pregnancy status, recent procedures, allergies, skin sensitivities, or other conditions that may affect your session. Certain techniques, services, heat applications, herbs, essential oils, or enhancements may be modified or omitted when appropriate for your safety. When necessary, medical clearance may be requested before treatment. Massage therapy and bodywork are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment.

 

ILLNESS

If you are experiencing a contagious illness, fever, vomiting, or other symptoms that could place your therapist or other guests at risk, please contact us before your appointment. Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks reserves the right to postpone a session when proceeding would not be appropriate for the health and safety of the guest or therapist.

 

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks provides professional therapeutic massage and bodywork services only. Appropriate draping and professional boundaries are maintained throughout every session. Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behavior, comments, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full service fee will still apply, and future services may be declined.

 

MINORS

Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving massage therapy. Additional requirements regarding guardian presence may apply based on the client’s age and the service being provided.

 

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Every session is customized according to your needs, preferences, health history, and the therapist’s professional judgment. Requested techniques or enhancements may be modified or omitted when they are not appropriate for the individual receiving the service. Your comfort and safety remain a priority throughout your session. Please communicate at any time regarding pressure, temperature, positioning, draping, or any other aspect of your experience.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE

 

Renewed Spirit Massage & Bodyworks reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service when necessary to maintain the safety, well-being, and professional boundaries of the guest and therapist.
